Frequently Asked Questions
General Information
What types of properties do you service?
We exclusively service commercial, industrial, municipal, retail, corporate, and large-scale multi-family/HOA properties. We do not service single-family residential properties.
What is your service territory?
We service designated commercial, retail, and industrial corridors throughout Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, Sheboygan, Waukesha, Washington, and Ozaukee counties. Property eligibility depends on site logistics, geographic route density, and crew accessibility.
Do you have a minimum property size or contract requirement?
Yes. To maintain route efficiency and deploy our commercial fleet effectively, we maintain minimum square footage and seasonal contract thresholds. Small standalone parcels, residential-scale lots, and one-off calls fall outside our operational model.
How do we request a commercial proposal or submit an RFP?
Submit your property details through our contact form or contact our estimating team directly. We utilize digital site-mapping and on-site audits to return itemized, accurate bids.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We carry comprehensive commercial general liability, commercial automotive, and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with additional insured endorsements are issued upon contract execution.
Snow & Ice Management
What service triggers do you provide for commercial sites?
Standard commercial contracts typically operate on a 1.0-inch or 2.0-inch snowfall trigger. For 24/7 industrial facilities, medical centers, and critical operations requiring elevated care, we design customized priority response plans and proactive management schedules tailored to your operational needs.
What equipment is assigned to our property?
We deploy heavy-duty commercial equipment—including wheel loaders, high-capacity pushers, skid steers, and commercial salt trucks—matched to your site’s layout, alongside dedicated sidewalk management crews.
How do you handle de-icing and bulk salting?
We maintain dedicated bulk salt reserves and liquid anti-icing capabilities. Applications are managed proactively before winter events and continuously during storms to maintain clear, safe transit lanes.
Do you offer on-site snow relocation and off-site hauling?
Yes. When extreme accumulation reduces parking inventory or compromises truck loading docks and sightlines, we deploy loaders and dump trucks for on-site relocation or total haul-away.
Commercial Landscaping
What commercial landscape management services are included?
We provide full-scope commercial grounds maintenance, including large-acreage turf mowing, string trimming, hard-edge edging, spring/fall debris cleanups, retention pond management, shrub pruning, and seasonal bed care.
How often is turf maintenance performed?
Properties are serviced on a consistent weekly schedule throughout the active growing season (typically mid-April through late October), weather permitting.
Do you provide commercial turf health and weed control programs?
Yes. We design multi-step turf fertilization, broadleaf weed management, pre-emergent crabgrass control, and fall core aeration packages for commercial-scale acreage.
Property Maintenance
What additional facility maintenance services do you handle?
We provide parking lot power sweeping, regular day portering and litter clearing, catch basin/drain clearing, pressure washing, and rapid post-storm cleanup.
Can exterior services be consolidated into an annual agreement?
Yes. We build comprehensive, multi-year master service agreements combining summer landscaping, parking lot maintenance, and winter snow removal under equalized monthly billing.
What is your protocol for severe weather emergencies?
Contracted commercial clients have 24/7 access to our emergency operations desk for immediate dispatch regarding high-wind debris, blocked loading zones, or severe storm remediation.
